Designed for systems leaders working to improve services and systems for people facing multiple disadvantage.
MEAM’s 2-day immersive course will help you build your understanding of systems leadership, explore how change really happens in complex environments, and connect with peers who share your commitment to transforming local systems. The course will help strengthen your practice, grow your confidence and curiosity, and provide you with tools you can use immediately.
This is an in-person event and the ticket price includes lunch on both days. You are also invited to a group dinner in the evening of the first day.

Next year’s National Multiple Disadvantage Summit will be held on Wednesday, 5 May 2027.
After this year’s success, we’ll be returning to the Birmingham Conference and Events Centre, with a wide range of attendees from across the UK in attendance.
The Summit is the biggest gathering of the year for people and places interested in multiple disadvantage, and we’re looking forward to bringing together a range of thought-provoking speakers, insightful workshops and plenty of all-important opportunities to network with other areas.
