MEAM announces coordination service pilots
MEAM is pleased to announce its support for three local pilots that will coordinate existing services for people facing multiple needs and exclusions, improve outcomes and deliver better value for money.
The services will be based in:
- Cambridgeshire
- Somerset (Mendip and Sedgemoor)
- Derby

MEAM will be organising a set of regional learning events and a national conference to promote the findings and learning from the pilots. Information will be posted here when available.
